Her research on growth mindset, assessment-capable learners, and student-centered approaches has given her insight into how effective student-centered learning can be at creating long-term student success. Her practical experience teaching and writing curriculum allows her to describe activities that are truly applicable to elementary teaching. Erin has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in elementary education. She has experience working in a variety of Missouri schools for grades K–6.
